For over 43 years, Christmas Connection has provided a no cost, dignified shopping experience for families in need in Canadian, Oklahoma and Cleveland county. We serve over 6,000 families per year through providing clothes, shoes, and small housewares, as well as toys and coats at Christmas. Families are referred for services by community partners and shop for each member in their household in a personalized appointment. We have many opportunities to take part in serving the families of OKC through in-kind donations, financial giving, and volunteer opportunities!

She started working as a janitor with just a little college education and ended her career with a bachelor's in Business Admin that she completed just a few years before retiring as a Financial Analyst. She “retired” in 2007 after reflecting on what her job was and realizing it didn’t really make a difference in anyone’s life. Then about a year ago the Life Leadership founders Orin Woodward & Chris Brady launched the Starfish Platform.
