Allies in Youth Development is a Mansfield-based nonprofit serving more than 27,000 orphaned and vulnerable children each month in 92 countries. Through the Allies Mentoring Program, trained local volunteers provide children with consistent mentorship, life skills, educational support, and hope. Allies also sends 40 boxes of humanitarian aid each month to orphanages overseas.

He joined Centennial in 2025 and is known for his calm, knowledgeable approach and his ability to help homeowners solve real problems while protecting one of their biggest investments. Nic values transparency and clear communication, and he takes pride in building trust and peace of mind throughout the entire process. He enjoys seeing the transformation of a home and knowing homeowners feel confident every step of the way.
Outside of work, Nic is a husband, dad to three kids, and proud pet owner to a dog and two cats. He grew up in Florida, played college baseball, and spends his free time being his son's mechanic for racing, hunting, fishing, traveling, and woodworking.
