These blockages, often resulting from chemical, physical, and emotional stressors, can disrupt the communication pathways between the brain and the central and peripheral nervous systems, leading to various health issues such as pain, disease, and a sense of disconnection. With light touch therapy, clients feel their body relaxing, which is an indication of the nervous system coming out of fight/flight and into rest/ restoration.

Tammy’s corporate career was a financial analyst for Hewlett Packard for 23 years, but she made a change in her early 40s because she had a heart to do something that made a difference in people's lives.
