Tim Mathis is an Oklahoma native whose career has been shaped by service, leadership, and relationship-driven work. Raised around sports and competition, he earned multiple athletic awards before beginning a 20-year honorable career in the U.S. Army, serving both enlisted and officer roles and retiring as a Captain from the Oklahoma Army National Guard. Leveraging his leadership and recruiting background, Tim transitioned into the staffing industry, spending over 17 years with Labor Finders, where he managed a Tulsa office and expanded operations to oversee up to 13 locations across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. He later earned his bachelor’s degree from Southern Nazarene University and gained experience in oil and gas, equipment sales, and as Membership Manager for Associated Builders and Contractors. Today, Tim has returned to the staffing industry, continuing his passion for helping people find jobs and businesses secure reliable talent. Married to Julie for 38 years, he values family, golf, and personal accountability, guided by the belief that first impressions matter.
