Reserve Speaker Spot

Select the chapter meeting date you would like to speak at and fill out the speaker information form for the website and email blast spotlight.

Please note: Speaking as a nonprofit is free but it is first come, first serve. Each organization can sign up for a maximum of 4 MEETINGS PER YEAR (if you are in the room and the scheduled nonprofit does not show, you may have the opportunity to speak more)

Day of Chapter Meeting

You will receive a reminder email 7 days before the meeting, and a member of leadership may reach out to confirm your appointment and answer any questions you may have. On the day of your appointment, please arrive on time or early so leadership can walk you through their process as each chapter varies slightly.

Early birds get an extra 5 minutes to speak!

Mix & Mingle is not responsible for tracking down speakers to get missing or incorrect information.

If the date is not showing, it is already taken, please check the next month until you find an available opening.

Logo must be of company logo. Mix & Mingle does not accept headshots, PDFs, screenshots, or other forms of logo.

We want your logo to be legible and clear, so a PNG or JPG is required for quality.
