Michelle Schaefer is your friend in Medicare, ready to listen whether you need help with everything or just have a quick question. A licensed agent since 1995, she is dedicated to helping seniors navigate the complexities of Medicare. Based in Edmond but licensed in both Oklahoma and Texas, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to each client’s unique situation. Michelle’s goal is to make the enrollment process as smooth as possible. MCM is a nonprofit homelessness services organization. We opened the Micah Community Center in June as a drop-in day shelter for our unhoused neighbors in NW OKC. We are the first and only facility for the unhoused west of I-44. Our vibe is unique: "neighborhood grandma's house." We were started by a group of SNU students in 2022, so a big part of what we do is partner with several city universities to engage and train students to serve and become compassionate citizens.
Immediate Need: Funding to expand our open hours so we can provide more showers, laundry, and meals to our friends.

I took to the helm in late 2019 from Chef Dio my brother.
We specialize in traditional East Coast style Italian with recipes handed down from my Italian Father and grandfather.
We also offer catering off premise and in house, fundraising with a full line of retail products and private in home cooked meals.
